Ramya Rakesh

Director & CEO

Ramya is the Director of The Apex Solution (Pvt) Ltd and counts 15 years of multi- faceted experience in the Accounting industry to steer The Apex Solution’s overall direction.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL) ,an Associate Member of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA), an Fellow member of Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT) and holds a BBA (Hons.) from the Madurai Kamaraj University.

She is a registered Company Secretary with the Registrar of Companies of Sri Lanka.

She currently operates as CEO of The Apex Solution.

Rakesh Sharma

DIRECTOR

Rakesh is the Director of The Apex Solution (Pvt) Ltd alongside Ramya. He draws more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Capital Markets. He is currently serving as a Director of Capital Trust Securities (Pvt) Ltd., the Equity trading arm of Capital Trust Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.

Rakesh handles an equity client portfolio of over LKR 30 Bn which includes High Networth Individuals and private and government institutions in the stock market. In addition, he is a freelance TV host and event monitor in MTV Group.

Rakesh holds a BBA (Hons.) from the University of Colombo and also a BSc. from University of Oxford Brookes of UK.
